A reservation holds a bag for you during the pickup window. Paying cash at pickup completes the purchase with the business.
- Show up on time. Arrive within the window shown on the listing. Late arrivals may forfeit the bag if the business has already closed or reallocated stock.
- Cancel early. If you cannot make it, cancel in the app as soon as you know — so someone else can rescue that bag.
- No-shows. Repeated no-shows harm partner trust. We may limit reservations, require confirmation, or suspend accounts with a high no-show rate.
- Sold out / cancelled by partner. Stock can change. If a listing is cancelled or sold out after you reserved, we will notify you when we can; no cash is owed until pickup.
- Reviews. Reviews should be honest and respectful. We may remove abusive or fake reviews.
